Returns and exchange

Return faulty goods to Monash University Bookshop for either replacement or full refund. They can be returned to any Monash University Bookshop outlet. See locations page for address details.

Online purchases may be returned for exchange or refund from Monash University Bookshop provided:

1. A copy of your original receipt is presented to Bookshop staff, and
2. The item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date, and
3. The item is still in as-new condition

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Web payment, billing and order queries

Monash University Bookshop accepts most credit cards as payment for online orders. Please contact your nearest Monash University Bookshop to arrange alternative methods of payment.

Your credit card will only be charged for goods sent plus the relevant postage and handling fee.

The shipping companies we use generally provide delivery within Australia 48-96 hours from the date of your order (holidays excepted). This estimate applies if your items are in stock when ordered.

If any item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
